What does the agency actually do?

We find and check suppliers, inspect goods before they are sealed, combine several orders into one shipment, prepare and cross-check the documents, and keep one file per shipment. The commercial decision stays with you at every stage.

Do you buy the goods for us?

No. The purchase contract stays in your name, so the price you pay the supplier stays visible to you. We are paid for the work rather than for the goods.

Who decides the tariff classification and the duty amount?

The customs authority in the destination country decides. We prepare and cross-check the paperwork and declare the classification you have given us. We do not issue rulings and we do not promise an amount.

What happens if an inspection finds a problem?

You get the finding in writing with photographs and counts, plus the options: rework, replacement, a price adjustment or shipping as is. The decision is yours, and nothing is released without your instruction.

Can you work with a supplier or forwarder we already use?

Yes. An inspection is run against your specification rather than the supplier's own description, and consolidation or documentation can be prepared for a carrier you nominate.

How are your fees set?

Each service is priced per engagement and listed on the packages page. If the scope changes once work has started, the change is agreed in writing before the extra work begins.
