Delivery Policy

How the work is delivered

The work happens at origin: suppliers are contacted or visited, goods are inspected in the factory, shipments are packed and loaded, and the document set is prepared and checked. What reaches you is a written record plus the transport documents for goods you have bought.

New enquiries are answered within two business days. Inspection dates follow production readiness at the supplier, and the loading window is confirmed once a booking is in place.

What the service fee does not include

Freight, insurance, duties and taxes sit outside the service fee and are quoted as they arise. Duty and tax amounts depend on the tariff classification and the origin rules that apply to your goods, and they are decided by the authority that clears them.

Findings, photographs and counts are delivered digitally, and the file for a shipment stays available after the order closes.
