Pre-shipment inspection
A specification-based check before the goods leave the factory, with photographs, counts and a written finding on each point.
Consolidation and shipping
Collection from several suppliers, packing into one shipment and a loading record you can compare with the arrival.
Customs documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents prepared and cross-checked against the goods being shipped.
Ongoing trade desk
A monthly arrangement that keeps repeat orders moving without re-briefing a new team each time.

Product, quantity, destination, target price and the points you want checked, confirmed before any supplier is contacted.

Candidates checked and ranked against your specification, with the ranking criteria written next to each name.

Inspection before sealing
Goods compared with the specification while they are still in the factory, so a problem can still be fixed there.

Documents against the goods
Paperwork checked against counts and descriptions, then handed over as one file per shipment.
