Cancellation and refunds

Work that has not started can be cancelled at no cost. If a third party was already booked on your instruction, such as an inspection slot or a laboratory test, that cost is passed on at what it actually cost us.

An inspection that has been carried out is not refundable, because the work is the visit and the report. If a report is delivered and the findings were not what you hoped for, that is what the report is for rather than a fault in it.

For a service delivered in stages, such as the monthly trade desk, you can stop the arrangement before the next month starts and you are not charged for a month that has not begun.

If something goes wrong

Write to us within fourteen days of the file being delivered. We answer with what happened, what the record shows, and what we propose to do about it.
