Pre-Shipment Inspection

A visit to the factory while the order is still open, so that what is found can still be answered before packing. What you receive: - A checklist agreed with you in advance, built from your specification and the points that matter to the buyer - A visit during production or at packing, with the quantity sampled stated in the report - Photographs and a written record of every checkpoint, the ones that passed and the ones that did not - A written conclusion separating what needs an answer before shipment from what is a note for your file How it runs: The visit is booked with two working days of notice and the report is issued within two working days of the visit. The report describes what was seen on the day; it is not a certificate, and it does not cover units that were not sampled. Priced in US dollars; the fee covers one visit and one written report.
